Blue Box Elder Burl Handle
Blue resin and burl wood create resplendent one-of-a-kind handles reminiscent of galactic vistas, turquoise gemstones, and ocean views. Because each burl pattern is unique, no two handles are identical. Resin-saturated handles are waterproof and durable as well as beautiful. Each of the 50 knives is a one-of-a-kind collector’s item.
Blade Enhanced with the Teton Edge
Our signature etching from the further distinguishes the knife. This proprietary etch replaces the dimples of a traditional santoku and helps the blade slide through food like butter. It also celebrates the Teton Mountain Range that towers over our factory and the world class knifemakers who call Jackson Hole home.

- On a weekly or monthly basis, applying a light coat of mineral oil to this knife when dry will extend its beauty and vibrance.
- Avoid prying or cutting into very hard surfaces such as metal or bone.
- Keep your knife sharp. A sharp knife is a safe knife.
- Your knife may be returned for a full tune up, free of charge at any time.
